Return Policy

You can return the textbook provided

1:- The textbook is returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.

2:- The textbook must be in absolutely new condition and unused.

3:- All returns are subjected to 20 percent restocking charges.

4:- We will issue refund after deducting 20 percent restocking, and shipping/handling charges.

Returning Textbooks for Exchange

1:- The textbook is returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.

2:- The textbook must be in absolutely new condition.

3:- All exchanges are subjected to 20 percent restocking charges.

4:- You will be charged for shipping (if shipping has not been paid with the order) and handling and any difference in the price. You must send us a check for shipping/handling, 20 percent restocking charges, and price difference.

Example:

You bought the textbook for $55 + 9.95 (S/H) = $64.95

20 percent restocking charges = 20 percent of 55 = 11

You need to send us a check for  $11 + 9.95 = $20.95

Or you can provide us the credit card information and we will charge this to your credit card

Replacing a Damaged Copy

We try our best to ship you the textbook so that it reached you in the best possible condition. However, sometimes the package may get damaged in the shipment. In that case, please follow these steps to replace the damaged copy.

1:- If the textbook was shipped via UPS, please report it to UPS and send us a copy of the report.  Also, send the damaged textbook to us and we will replace it with a new book and mail it back to you by USPS media mail.

2:- If the textbook was shipped via USPS, send us the damaged book and we will replace it with a new copy.

3:- If the textbook was shipped overseas via USPS, Global Priority or Air mail, send the book back to us and we will replace it with a new cop.

4:- The textbook must be returned within 10 days from the date of shipment.
